I created The MelFit Gold Plan because I listened to what my clients wanted – more accountability and a stronger connection with me as their coach. While my Silver Plan has delivered great results and a supportive group accountability system, I understand that everyone is different. Some of you are self-starters who can stick to a plan and thrive in a group setting. However, many of you have questions, and I firmly believe that knowledge is power. If you're looking for more one-on-one coaching and guidance, then the Gold Plan is designed just for you!

In this plan, we'll connect for a 15-minute call each week to go over your progress, answer any questions, and fine-tune your personalized blueprint to maximize your results. My ultimate goal is to help you achieve all your fitness and weight loss goals while teaching you the principles of long-term success, all while enjoying delicious whole foods.

Here's what you'll get with the Gold Plan:

  • Bi-weekly Check-Ins: Schedule your calls through the Melfit APP, and even if you can't make a call one week, I'll still reach out via text to discuss your progress.
  • Weekly Meal Plans: I provide you with easy-to-follow meal plans and shopping lists to make healthy eating simple.
  • No Macro or Calorie Counting: You won't need to stress about tracking every calorie or macro – we're focusing on a more intuitive approach.
  • At-Home Workouts: You'll have access to 25-minute at-home workouts that require minimal equipment, ensuring you can stay active and healthy.
  • Nutrition Education: Learn how to read food labels, make smart choices when dining out or traveling, and free yourself from the constraints of a strict diet.
  • Balanced Living: Discover how to enjoy occasional treats, alcoholic beverages if you drink, and daily desserts while still losing weight.
  • Confidence Building: I'm here to support you at every stage of your transformation journey, helping you feel confident and motivated.
